AT&T’s franchise agreement. Now Comcast wants the same deal. With Verizon & AT&T furiously

building out fiber across the country, the cable industry has its hopes on DOCSIS 3.0 which can bring 100Mbs+ speeds

bi-directionally. When the music stops, who going to be left without a chair? Newsbites- Xbox murders, public

schools are doing as well as private schools.
