The FCC rules against Cable!!, Courts rule that schools and corporations must keep all emails!
The FCC releases a scathing report on the cable industry. The FCC does an end-run around Congress and opens the door for the telcos to implement IPTV in local markets with no build-out restrictions. The courts have ruled that schools, corporations and certain organizations must keep emails in the event that they are needed for legal proceedings.

This podcast is late due to technical problems earlier this month. This was originally produced 12/6/06. I discussed the Wii as the system to beat. I disagree with a study at HBCU Lever over Google Page Rankings & HBCU’s. I tell you how Google really works, and why minority websites should use RSS, Blogs and Podcast. The US Automakers blame the Yen for their problems, but I show a GAO report from about 14 years ago when they had the same problem, and they were concerned about the Japanese. The report shows that US Automakers have a problem managing.
